Client Contact Centre Manager

An exciting new management role is available within our flourishing Client Contact Centre, to lead and develop our dedicated team in providing first level client contact and service to injured people suffering from a diverse range of injuries, from moderate to the most serious and catastrophic.

Our perfect candidate will have:

• Exceptional client service industry expertise and client care skills;
• Experience in managing and developing teams within a contact centre environment;
• Knowledge of contact centre resourcing and technologies;
• A proven track record in the delivery of key performance indicators and operational targets;
• Sound experience in the creation, implementation and delivery of processes, systems and best practice procedures within a client contact centre.

The successful candidate will work closely with Spencers' management team and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

The role would be suitable for a dedicated and passionate candidate seeking a new challenge within a committed and highly driven, client focused environment.

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.

Claimant Personal Injury Litigator

We are a challenging and influential voice in the PI sector.

An exciting new role is available within our thriving Mixed Liability Team for an experienced EL/PL file handler. We are looking for candidates with an extensive background in handling a mixed caseload of personal injury; employer's liability; public liability and occupier's liability cases.

Our perfect candidate will demonstrate:

• Established technical proficiency and extensive experience handling a diverse EL/PL caseload;
• The ability to provide an excellent standard of client care, together with quality, technical legal advice to clients on all aspects of liability/injury litigation;
• Excellent level of case management skills;
• Good working knowledge of the CPR;
• Ability to achieve against financial and other KPI targets appropriate to the caseload type;
• IT literacy commensurate with the role

This position would be suitable for individuals with over 4 years experience in handling Claimant EL/PL cases, ideally a qualified Solicitor, FILEX or equivalent.

With the use of our sophisticated case management system you will be expected to work independently to maintain our high standards of service and achieve the very best outcomes for every client.
