Personal Injury Litigator (EL/PL)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigator to join our dedicated client focused team for a period of nine months.

Whilst the position is temporary, the successful candidate will naturally be considered and well placed for any future vacancies as they arise.

This opportunity would suit a driven, enthusiastic and technically proficient Chartered Legal Executive, Solicitor or Litigator with extensive EL/PL experience.

Key responsibilities include progression and development of a diverse EL/PL caseload supported by a sophisticated case management system and cohesive team.

The successful candidate will work independently and as part of the team to achieve the very best outcomes for every client.

Excellent communication and client care skills are naturally essential. In addition, the perfect candidate will demonstrate:

  • Extensive practical experience dealing with Employers Liability and Public Liability work types;
  • Technical ability and proficient knowledge of CPR and litigation procedures;
  • A pro-active, professional and flexible approach

An opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice to join our dedicated legal team in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. The successful applicant will undertake a legal apprenticeship, essentially gaining valuable work experience and skills whilst working towards nationally recognised qualifications awarded by CILEx.
