Personal Injury Litigator
Permanent Role - Full-time / Part-time
Hybrid Working
Spencers Solicitors has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigator to join our Personal Injury Team from January 2023. Spencers is a Legal 500 firm, with over 40 years’ practicing in the Chesterfield area but with a nationwide reach.
A friendly, professional and forward- thinking firm, it is a great time to join the team, especially now we have a flexible approach to working- we are moving to a hybrid approach of home and office working, meaning that you get the best of both worlds!
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload in accordance with company processes and procedures, providing an efficient, quality legal service whilst contributing towards operational goals and objectives.
This opportunity would suit a pro-active and professional team player who is able to demonstrate:
- Experience and technical proficiency handling Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Case Management Systems
- Experience working in a team environment
- Knowledge of CPR and litigation procedures
- Practical experience of undertaking research
