John Spencer speaks to The Daily Mail on their whiplash fraud campaign and the impact on Insurance companies owning law firms
Solicitor John Spencer, former chairman of the Motor Accident Solicitors Society, says: "You might be tempted to call this putting the fox in charge of the hen house. By giving [Insurers] 'ownership' of claims it could encourage them to pursue them. It would generate more income for them and make business more expensive for their industry opponents."
