Further to the Government's latest recommendation that we should all avoid non-essential contact with others, it is important we let you know our plans over the coming days and weeks.
We have strengthened and tested our contingency plans so that all staff are able to work remotely and therefore continue to provide full support to all our clients and prospective clients whilst allowing them to remain safe in their working environment.
From Monday 23rd March 2020, the majority of our staff will be working from home but will be contactable in the usual ways - by phone or by email. Our office will remain open and we will maintain a core number of staff in the office (on a rota basis) as a resource for tasks more difficult to carry out away from the office.
Our client records are held electronically which means that we will be able to access almost all necessary documentation and systems remotely whilst following our usual processes and controls.
Please be assured we are 100% committed to maintaining business as usual, ensuring we provide the highest quality of service without disruption. If you have any concerns regarding how these arrangements may impact on services, please do get in touch.
