Spencers Solicitors were delighted to have donated just over £1,000 to our local charity, Headway North Derbyshire
Headway North Derbyshire is a branch of the national charity Headway UK and is a local gem and resource available for people in the Chesterfield area. They provide essential advice and support to local brain injury survivors and their families and Spencers are very proud to support them.
Matt Smith, Chairman of Headway North Derbyshire commented:
“Spencers have been a great support of our branch for many years and we are very grateful for this recent donation, which will help to support our local members”.
Around 350,000 people a year are admitted to hospital with an acquired brain injury and it can have a devastating effect on these individuals and for those who care about them. Headway UK has a very helpful and informative website which is packed with information for anyone affected by brain injury.
At Spencers Solicitors, our aim is to help individuals recover from their brain injury as well as seek to get the compensation they deserve. With the personal care and attention we give our clients, we know how vital a resource like Headway is to those who have suffered a brain injury, as well as the friends and family. Our expert injury solicitors will work to put together a rehabilitation and recovery plan whilst seeking compensation for past and future financial losses and treatment costs.
If you live in the North Derbyshire area and have been affected by a brain injury, why not contact your local Headway branch to see how they can provide you with advice, assistance or just to meet up and have a chat. Please call on 07940 729544 or email mail@headwaynorthderbyshire.org.uk
